Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all certificates and documentation. Items showing signs of abuse, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 5% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered are also not eligible for return.

Follow the provided instructions and use a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Warranty: All moissanite gemstones come with a Lifetime Warranty, covering any changes to their brilliance and clarity. The warranty is void if the jewelry shows signs of abuse, misuse, or modifications. Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning items for warranty service.
